2.1. Order Placement: You may place orders for food delivery through PayMeal. By placing an order, you agree to pay the specified price for the food items, taxes, delivery fees, and any additional charges.
2.2. Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and other electronic payment methods. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your chosen payment method.
2.3. Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email or notification with the details of your order. The confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order; it serves as acknowledgment that we have received your request.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties
4.1. Use at Your Own Risk: PayMeal is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
4.2. Third-Party Services: We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for the content, products, or services provided by third-party merchants, restaurants, or delivery partners accessed through PayMeal. Any transactions or interactions with third parties are solely between you and the third party.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1. Exclusion of Damages: To the fullest extent permitted by law, PayMeal and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
5.2. Total Liability: Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to PayMeal in the six months preceding the claim.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PayMeal and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or violation of these Terms and Conditions.
